Jonas Malischewski was born on the 20th of july in 1985 in Aachen (Germany) and is studying jazzpiano at the University of Maastricht. At the age of fourteen he gethered his first expierience playing in a band with the famous jazzartist Peter Sonntag. Beside his participation in several local bands he also performs as asolo artist like „Jazzen beim Essen“ at the Mensa of RWTH Aachen 2003- 2004. In 2003 he founded the formation Jazz2day ( with Manni Hilgers, Bass and Gerd Breuer, Drums) where could improove his playing. Further he is a member of the german band „playday“ where he plays the keyboards and sings too.
